  • We provide NDIS-compliant transport for both wheelchair and walking clients. We can get you to appointments, activities, errands or anywhere else you want to go, safely and soundly.

  • Yes, all of our vehicles are wheelchair accessible. One of our vans has the capacity for two wheelchairs.

    All vehicles are equipped with secure anchor points and a rear-entry hydraulic tilt ramp to make your trip a breeze!

  • Our service is for people on NDIS, whether you’re self-managed or plan managed.

    We provide services for wheelchair and walking customers, including a seat for your carer.

  • To book a ride, you first must fill out a referral form, which can be found here.

    Once that form is completed, please enter your details on our contact page, and attach your completed referral form.

  • We service the local area within Mount Low, Kelso & Stuart. If you’d to like to travel beyond these suburbs, please contact us so we can ensure enough time for your booking

  • Our drivers do not accept payment.

    An invoice is sent via email to the nominated email address on the referral form.

    The invoice can be paid by bank transfer. Invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date.

  • Yes, in your referral sheet, put a note specifying if your trip is recurring. Otherwise, you can contact us to arrange this over the phone or email. Subject to availability

  • We have two dedicated, full-time drivers. Our drivers are NDIS screened, hold a current QLD Drivers Authorisation card and are trained in customer service & safer driver techniques.
